WiLL is dedicated to helping professional women improve their management capabilities to achieve career advancement, by providing relevant coaching, training and professional education materials. In addition, WiLL works with corporates to help them support the development of their female executives. Having organised over 100 successful female-centric events, WiLL is now focused on mobilising its offline followers in China to help them realise their potential.
