The Global MICE Innovation Summit – Shenzhen will be held January 13-15, 2019, at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai. The summit aims to innovate and build a new high ground for the international exhibition industry. The summit is organized by exhibition enterprises both at home and abroad, and speakers and invitees will include both executives of organizations and institutions as well as young professional leaders. The main focus will be on innovation and future development trends of the international exhibition industry. “Hardware Silicon Valley” and “Creator Paradise” are the names given to Shenzhen by creative global entrepreneurs. In the past few years, more and more innovations from Shenzhen have moved onto the world stage. Tencent, Huawei, BYD, and other innovative giants continue their momentum spreading Shenzhen's innovative elements throughout the world. As a result of the Chinese Economic Reform, history can now entwine with China’s newly written innovations. In November 2018, the first Blueprint entitled China's Urban Innovation Competitiveness Development Report (2018) was published. Shenzhen ranked in the top three in China's urban innovation competitiveness and ranked first in China's sub-provincial cities‘ innovation competitiveness. Furthermore, the exhibition industry is also in line with global innovation trends and development opportunities in emerging megacities.
